Job Role: Warehouse & Factory Assistant and Skilled Workers
Basic Monthly Salary: €950 – €1,000 (Check before signing the contract)
Working Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (Check before signing the contract)
Overtime: Available, subject to employer operational requirements and Slovak Labor Code rates
Contract Duration: 1 to 2 years (Renewable based on performance and mutual agreement)
Meals: Food is not provided by the employer (self-catering required)

Tabrez Malik Consultancy (“Company”) provides administrative support, documentation guidance, and application process coordination for individuals seeking work authorization, employment visa processing, and temporary residence permits for Slovakia. The Company acts solely as a consultancy and processing facilitator.
Work Permits, Residence & Visas: The granting of Work Permits / Single Permits to Reside and Work, National Visas (Type D), and Temporary Residence Permits for Employment is at the sole discretion of the Labour Office of the Slovak Republic (Úrad práce, sociálnych vecí a rodiny), the Foreign Police Department (Oddelenie cudzineckej polície PZ), the Ministry of Interior, and the Embassy / Consular authorities of the Slovak Republic. The Company does not guarantee visa issuance, residence approval, or processing timelines.
Employment Authorization: Job placement or employer coordination services are subject to employer selection criteria and local labor market regulations (including Central Office of Labour testing procedures where applicable). The Company does not warrant employment guarantees or job tenure.
Applicants are legally required to provide authentic, accurate, and valid documentation (including passports, educational/vocational qualifications, officially authenticated/apostilled police clearance certificates, and professional experience certificates). Any rejection, legal action, or visa/residence refusal resulting from fraudulent, altered, or incorrect documentation provided by the applicant shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant. The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund in such instances.
Consultancy fees charged by the Company cover administrative processing, coordination, and application guidance. Government processing fees, embassy consular fees, administrative fee stamps (eKolok), official Slovak translation, apostille/superlegalization, and post-arrival medical examination fees are statutory charges and non-refundable under any circumstances. Agency processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the relevant authorities or employers, regardless of the application outcome.
The Company shall not be held liable for administrative delays, policy updates, legislative changes by the Slovak authorities, embassy appointment delays, or rejection of applications due to external government factors beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
All personal data and documents submitted by candidates will be collected, processed, and shared strictly in compliance with applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR standards) solely for the purpose of job application, labor clearance, and visa/residence processing.
