Albania offers expanding employment opportunities across construction, tourism, hospitality, manufacturing, and industrial service sectors. Through our Albania Work Visa & Employment Facilitation Services, we provide end-to-end support—assisting candidates with documentation preparation, Unique Permit (Leje Unike) work and residence clearance, and complete consular visa application guidance.

Job Details & Terms of Employment

  • Job Role: Skilled & Unskilled Positions (Construction, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Agriculture & Logistics)

  • Monthly Salary: €550 – €750 per month (Depending on role, skills, and industry)

  • Working Hours: 9 – 10 hours per day

  • Work Schedule: 6 days per week

  • Overtime Provisions: Available (Subject to employer operational requirements and local labor regulations)

  • Accommodation: Provided by the employer

  • Transportation: Provided (Between company accommodation and workplace)

  • Food Provisions: Provided by employer OR food allowance offered (Subject to specific employer contract)

  • Contract Duration: 1 to 2 years (Renewable based on performance and mutual agreement)

Estimated Processing Time

The complete procedure—from initial document submission to final visa issuance—typically takes 2 to 3 months.

Primary Operational Factors:

  • Employer contract issuance and labor authority approval in Albania.

  • Clearance cycles from the National Agency for Employment and Skills (AKPA) and the Border and Migration Police (Policia e Shtetit).

  • E-Visa / Consular submission processing times and background check verifications.

Basic Requirements

  • Valid Passport: Color copy of all pages with at least 12–18 months remaining validity.

  • Updated CV / Resume: Clear details of past work experience.

  • Educational Documents: School/vocational certificates (if required for skilled roles).

  • Experience Certificates: Supporting past employment history (if available).

  • Family Details: Basic personal and background information form.

  • Police Clearance Certificate (PCC): Official background check issued by home country (upon request).

  • Medical Fitness Certificate: Proof of physical health and clearance for duty (upon request).

1. Mandatory Government & Processing Fees

  • Albania Unique Permit (Leje Unike) Application Fee: Statutory fee determined by the Ministry of Interior / e-Albania portal.

  • Albanian Type D (Long-Stay) Visa Fee: Statutory consular fee payable upon official e-Visa / embassy submission.

 

2. Documentation & Translation Charges

  • Official Albanian Translation & Notarization: Processed separately based on specific document verification and translation requirements.

 

3. Exclusions & Additional Charges

  • Medical Examination & Insurance: Mandatory medical check-up and travel health insurance coverage paid directly by candidate.

  • Consultancy & Overseas Recruitment Charges: Billed separately as per individual service agreement.

Important Terms & Conditions

  • Work permit and Unique Permit clearance depend entirely on the employer, the National Agency for Employment and Skills (AKPA), and Albanian immigration authorities.

  • Visa approval or refusal is determined exclusively by the Embassy of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs.

  • Processing delays may occur due to immigration review cycles, administrative workloads, quota availability, or security background checks.

  • Candidates must provide authentic, genuine, and verifiable documentation only.

  • Basic English communication capability is required for most operational roles.

  • Statutory government charges, embassy fees, medical check-ups, insurance, and translation fees are non-refundable.

  • Once official processing has commenced, application cancellation may not yield refunds.

  • Our organization acts purely as a consultancy and administrative facilitator — final decisions rest entirely with official government bodies.

1. Scope of Services

Tabrez Malik Consultancy (“Company”) provides administrative support, documentation guidance, and application process coordination for individuals seeking work authorization (Unique Permit / Leje Unike) and Long-Stay Visa (Type D) services for Albania. The Company acts solely as a consultancy and processing facilitator.

 

2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval or Employment

  • Work Permits & Visas: The granting of Unique Permits (Leje Unike) and Entry Visas (Type D) is at the sole discretion of the State Police (Policia e Shtetit), the National Agency for Employment and Skills (AKPA), and the diplomatic missions of the Republic of Albania. The Company does not guarantee visa issuance or exact approval timelines.

  • Employment Authorization: Job placement or employer coordination services are subject to employer selection criteria and local labor market regulations. The Company does not warrant permanent employment guarantees or job tenure.

 

3. Client Responsibilities & Documentation

Applicants are legally required to provide authentic, accurate, and valid documentation (including passports, educational qualifications, police clearance certificates, and professional experience certificates). Any rejection, legal action, or visa refusal resulting from fraudulent, altered, or incorrect documentation provided by the applicant shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant. The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund in such instances.

 

4. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

Consultancy fees charged by the Company cover administrative processing, coordination, and application guidance. Government processing fees, consular fees, official Albanian translation, notarization, and medical examination fees are statutory charges and non-refundable under any circumstances. Agency processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the relevant authorities or employers, regardless of the application outcome.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for administrative delays, policy updates, legislative changes by the Albanian authorities, or rejection of applications due to external government factors beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

 

6. Data Protection & Privacy

All personal data and documents submitted by candidates will be collected, processed, and shared strictly in compliance with applicable data protection regulations solely for the purpose of job application and visa processing.

 

Disclaimer:

Processing timelines, labor market confirmations, Unique Permit clearances, and Type D Visa approvals are strictly at the discretion of the National Agency for Employment and Skills (AKPA), the Ministry of Interior, and relevant diplomatic authorities. All government, third-party, translation, and consultancy service fees are non-refundable as defined in the terms and conditions of the agreement.
