Through our Serbia Work Visa & Employment Facilitation Services, we provide end-to-end guidance—assisting candidates with document preparation, Single Permit (Jedinstvena dozvola) work and temporary residence authorizations via the official Portal for Foreigners, and consular Long-Stay Visa (Type D) processing.

Job Details & Terms of Employment
  • Job Role: Welders, Warehouse Assistants, Factory Workers & General Industrial Staff
  • Base Compensation: Dependent on candidate experience, technical trade skills, and specific employer contract
  • Standard Working Hours: As per company policy and Serbian Labor Law (Zakon o radu)
  • Work Schedule: 5 to 6 days per week (Depending on industry shift scheduling)
  • Overtime Provisions: Available based on employer operational demand and workload requirements
  • Accommodation: Shared company accommodation provided by the employer
  • Transportation: Provided (Between employer housing and the workplace)
  • Food Allowance: Subject to employer contract terms (Provided or allowance given depending on the company)
  • Contract Duration: 1 to 2 years (Renewable based on worker performance and mutual agreement)

Estimated Processing Time
 
The complete recruitment, Single Permit authorization, and consular visa processing typically takes 2 to 3 months.
Single Permit Authorization: 15 to 30 working days via the electronic portal.
 
National Visa (Type D) Processing: 15 to 30 days following government labor approval.
Note: Processing timelines are subject to employer turnaround, government administrative review cycles, and consular appointment availability.
 
Basic Requirements & Eligibility Criteria
  • Age Limit: 21 to 45 years of age.
  • Physical Fitness: Physically fit and medically cleared for industrial/manual operational tasks.
  • Work Experience: Prior industrial, warehousing, or technical experience preferred.
  • Language & Conduct: Basic English communication skills, strong team player, and willingness to follow safety standards.
  • Valid Passport: Full color copy with minimum 18–24 months remaining validity.
  • Police Clearance Certificate (PCC): Clean criminal background record.
 
Required Documentation List
Applicants must compile and submit clear scanned copies of the following documents:
  1. Full Passport Copy: Complete color scan of all pages including blank and biographical pages.
  2. Updated CV / Resume: Detailing past operational or technical work history.
  3. Experience Certificates: Trade or employment references (where applicable).
  4. Police Clearance Certificate (PCC): Official background check (upon request).
  5. Medical Fitness Certificate: Proof of physical health and clearance for duty (upon request).

1. Mandatory Government & Administrative Fees
  • Single Permit / Electronic Processing Fee: Official administrative fees determined by Serbian government authorities.
  • Long-Stay Visa (Type D) Consular Fee: Statutory fee payable directly upon embassy submission.
 
2. Documentation & Translation Charges
  • Official Serbian Translation & Legalization: Billed separately based on document verification requirements.
 
3. Exclusions & Additional Charges
  • Medical Screening & Insurance: Mandatory medical clearance and travel health insurance coverage paid directly by candidate.
  • Flight Tickets & Travel Logistics: Airfare and personal transit costs are excluded from service charges.
  • Consultancy & Overseas Recruitment Charges: Billed separately as per individual service agreement.
 
Important Terms & Conditions
  • Work permit and Single Permit clearance depend entirely on the employer, the National Employment Service (NSZ), and Serbian immigration authorities.
  • Visa approval or refusal is determined exclusively by the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia and Ministry of Interior.
  • Administrative delays may occur due to immigration review cycles, quota availability, security checks, or seasonal workloads.
  • Candidates are legally required to provide authentic, correct, and verifiable documentation.
  • Selection may be based on CV screening, trade testing, or video interviews. Basic English communication is mandatory.
  • All statutory embassy charges, government fees, medical expenses, translations, and third-party costs are non-refundable.
  • Once official submission to foreign authorities or employers has commenced, cancellation is not permitted and service charges remain non-refundable.
  • Our consultancy acts as an administrative support and documentation facilitator — final decisions rest entirely with official government bodies.

1. Scope of Services
Tabrez Malik Consultancy (“Company”) provides administrative support, documentation guidance, and application process coordination for individuals seeking work authorization (Single Work-Residence Permit) and Long-Stay Visa (Type D) services for Serbia. The Company acts solely as a consultancy and processing facilitator.
 
2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval or Employment
Work Permits & Visas: The granting of Single Permits and Entry Visas (Type D) is at the sole discretion of the Ministry of Interior (MUP), the National Employment Service (NSZ), and diplomatic missions of the Republic of Serbia. The Company does not guarantee visa issuance or exact approval timelines.
Employment Authorization: Job placement or employer coordination services are subject to employer selection criteria and local labor market procedures. The Company does not warrant permanent employment guarantees or job tenure.
 
3. Client Responsibilities & Documentation
Applicants are legally required to provide authentic, accurate, and valid documentation (including passports, educational qualifications, police clearance certificates, and professional experience certificates). Any rejection, legal action, or visa refusal resulting from fraudulent, altered, or incorrect documentation provided by the applicant shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant. The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund in such instances.
 
4. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy
Consultancy fees charged by the Company cover administrative processing, coordination, and application guidance. Government processing fees, embassy charges, official Serbian translations, notarization, and medical examination fees are statutory third-party charges and are non-refundable under any circumstances. Agency processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to relevant authorities or employers, regardless of the application outcome.
 
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for administrative delays, policy updates, legislative changes by Serbian authorities, embassy appointment delays, or rejection of applications due to external government factors beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
 
6. Data Protection & Privacy
All personal data and documents submitted by candidates will be collected, processed, and shared strictly in compliance with applicable data protection regulations solely for the purpose of job application, labor clearance, and visa processing.
 
Disclaimer:
Processing timelines, labor clearances, Single Permit issuances, and Type D Visa approvals are strictly at the discretion of the Ministry of Interior, the National Employment Service, and relevant Serbian diplomatic missions. All government, third-party, translation, and consultancy service fees are non-refundable as defined in the terms and conditions of the agreement.
